At the close of the Lee County zoning hearing the hearing officer announced that, by agreement of all parties, petitions 25P1654, 25P1655 and 25P1656 will be continued to Nov. 13, 2025, at 5 p.m. at the Lee County Courthouse.

The hearing officer said the next scheduled hearing date is Nov. 26 but noted there are currently no petitions set for that date and the hearing is presumed not to occur unless an appeal or emergency petition is filed and properly noticed. The hearing was then adjourned.
