2) Outgoing letter to Bridger-Teton National Forest (approved)
- Motion: Approve staff-drafted letter to Bridger-Teton National Forest Supervisor Chad Hudson and Black Rock District Ranger Jason Wilmot, dated Sept. 29, with the edits discussed at the meeting.

4) Master service agreement: Snake River Management reservation software (contract approved)
- Motion: Approve the master service agreement and statement of work for data migration and software-platform implementation for the Snake River management reservation system not to exceed $26,640 in year one and not to exceed $20,720 annually thereafter.
- Mover/Second: Motion from Commissioner Carlman; second from Commissioner Macker.
- Outcome: Approved unanimously.
