- Access control change order: Approved a change order for David Davis Communications in the amount of $9,203.60 to install access control points in the Sylvia’s Building; funds to be paid from grant funds.

- Mental health / Family Ties contracts: Approved a FY 2024–25 contract amendment with Family Ties not to exceed $3,500 and a FY 2025–26 contract with Family Ties not to exceed $10,000.
- Drug and alcohol / Adagio Health: Approved a FY 2025–26 contract with Adagio Health for drug and alcohol prevention staff to provide deliverables for tobacco services; Adagio will reimburse up to $7,500.
- Inpatient treatment contract: Approved a FY 2025–26 six‑month contract with Pocono Mountain Recovery Center LLC for inpatient treatment not to exceed $5,000.
- WG Land change order (BWSA sand bed replacement 2): Approved Change Order 3 for WG Land under federal fiscal year 2021 contract C-82-90-5 for the Brakewater Sewer Authority sand bed replacement 2 in the amount of $4,209; motion carried.
- Annual plans and policies: Approved the county’s 2025 annual plan resolutions, including the citizen participation plan; Minority/Women Business Enterprise plan; Residential Anti‑Displacement and Relocation plan; Fair Housing Action Plan; Section 3 Action Plan; Language Access Plan; and the procurement policy.
- LEP four‑factor analysis: Approved the county’s 2025 four‑factor analysis for persons with limited English proficiency.
- Engineering increase: Approved an increase to engineering costs for the federal fiscal year 2021 Brakewater Sewer Authority sand bed replacement 2, not to exceed $6,800.
