Lebanon County commissioners approved a revised Older Adult Services Grant Agreement (OASGA) for fiscal year 2025–26 that increases block‑grant funding for the Lebanon County Office of Aging to $1,375,630, an increase of $6,266 from the previously reported amount.
Adrienne Lacer, administrator of the Lebanon County Office of Aging, told commissioners the grant is distributed under the Department of Aging's funding formula, which weights several factors including the county's population of residents age 60 and over, income below 150% of the federal poverty level, underrepresented race or ethnicity, and residents in rural areas. Lacer said the grant funds help support programs that execute the four‑year plan approved by the county in 2024. Commissioners approved the grant amendment by voice vote.
Lacer also asked commissioners to approve a quote from Proseal Asphalt Maintenance, a CoStars vendor, to perform maintenance on the upper and lower parking lots at the Office of Aging building at 710 Maple Street. The quoted cost for the two agency lots was $18,795.25; the quote did not include an adjacent city fire‑department lot, which was quoted separately at $5,127 and was not included in the county's request. Lacer said the agency parking lot was last maintained in 2021 and finished in 2022. The board voted to accept the Proseal Asphalt Maintenance quote.
No later county funding or contract details beyond the quoted amounts were provided during the meeting record. Commissioners approved both items by voice vote.
