The committee moved into a closed session to continue discussions on the executive director’s performance evaluation. Alvarez told commissioners they should disclose whether anyone over the age of 18 was in the room, citing the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, and asked participants to remain on camera while participating remotely.
