Mr. Holroy moved to approve the consent calendar; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote. The transcript records votes of “yes” from Mr. Holroy, Mr. Drury and Mr. Shepherd. The board chair announced the motion carried and the calendar items were approved as submitted.
