Lycoming County Commissioners approved several contract renewals and professional services agreements during the meeting.

Adrianne presented and the board approved a professional services agreement with Sharon McLaughlin to provide legal representation when the public defender’s office has a conflict; the rate stated in the agenda was $90 per hour and the item was described as a budgeted expense. Commissioners moved, seconded and recorded "aye."

County staff also presented and the board approved a budgeted agreement with solicitor Susan Shanneman for $4,300 for the next fiscal year, and the board approved renewal of a maintenance agreement with MicroMain for $2,467. The MicroMain renewal was described as a three-year contract that allows no more than a 3% increase in years two and three; the presenter noted it is a 2025 approved budget item.
