Lycoming County Commissioners approved several professional services and maintenance contracts presented during the meeting. Adrianne recommended approval of a professional services agreement with attorney Sharon McLaughlin to provide legal representation when the public defender's office has a conflict; the rate described in the meeting was $90 per hour and the agreement is budgeted.

The board also approved renewing an agreement with Susan Shanneman as county solicitor for a budgeted amount of $4,300 for the next year and ratified a three-year maintenance renewal with MicroMain for $2,467, with no more than a 3% increase in each of the following two years. Maya presented a renewal agreement with Clinton County Correctional Facility for inmate housing on an as-needed basis at $73 per inmate per day.

Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; presenters noted the items were included in the 2025 approved budget where applicable. No additional fiscal exhibits or contract language were read into the record during the live meeting.
