- Action item 5.2: The board approved renewal of Cisco Meraki licensing not to exceed $39,362.54. Forrest Feltkamp, a district staff member, explained that the licensing covers cloud-based management, 24/7 support, warranty replacement and that the district will apply for E-Rate funding next cycle to reduce future costs. The board approved the licensing renewal by voice vote.

- Action item 5.3: The board approved KSB as the district's superintendent search firm; the motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
