The second item involved Strathmore Square Building 1 Owner LLC, which submitted a similar request for a 220-unit apartment building at 10511-10513 Strathmore Hall Street, Bethesda. This application was filed on September 23, 2024, and also adhered to the same regulatory framework. Spiegelman reiterated the approval criteria and confirmed that the construction of the building was complete, with no concerns raised by staff regarding the energy allocation system.

Representatives from Strathmore Square Building 1 Owner LLC were present to answer any questions but had no additional comments. The commissioners subsequently voted unanimously to approve the energy allocation system for this project as well.
