Fort Mill Economic Partners present strategic plan for community engagement

York County's Economic Development Committee convened on August 28, 2025, to discuss critical initiatives aimed at enhancing local economic growth. The meeting, led by Assistant County Manager Tom Kavich, featured a range of stakeholders, including representatives from Fort Mill Economic Partners and local government officials.

A significant highlight was the presentation by Mitch Miller, who provided an update on various economic development projects. Miller encouraged committee members to review the detailed project document provided, which outlines the status and goals of ongoing initiatives.

In addition, Mariah Price, Executive Director of Fort Mill Economic Partners, presented on a pilot program designed to support the local business sector. She highlighted the organization's mission to promote economic sustainability and improve the quality of life in the community.
