BCAT Discusses Countywide Transportation System to Enhance Accessibility for Residents

Melissa Clapp from St. Jay Charter Township voiced her support for a renewed focus on a countywide transportation initiative. Drawing from her personal experiences, she emphasized that many residents, including younger individuals and those with mobility challenges, could benefit from better public transit options. Clapp argued that presenting the system as a countywide solution could garner more community support, stating, “People need more than just... a way to do it.”
