The agenda included a consent agenda requiring a single vote on five items. Before addressing these items, the council opened the floor for a public forum. Three residents signed up to speak: Tyler Jensen, Ron Ritchie, and Cole Carter.

Tyler Jensen was the first to address the council. He introduced himself as a long-time resident of 800 West in the 1400 North Block, having lived there for 26 years. Jensen expressed his concerns regarding recent construction activities in his area, which he learned about through a door hanger left by Veil Siegel on July 21.
