This approval is necessary for any improvements made within the district's easement. The property owner has since received the required city permits to bring the property into compliance by creating a compacted gravel hard surface area.
In another case, a property owner was scheduled to discuss a permit issue related to the removal of an RV. The owner was expected to arrive shortly, prompting the magistrate to consider recalling the case for further discussion once the owner was present.
The meeting also addressed a case involving a property at 5820 Southwest 102 Avenue, where the owner requested a rescheduling for a hearing regarding necessary permits for pool modifications and other construction work. This case will be continued into September.
Additionally, a serious matter was raised concerning a property at 3509 Bark Way, which was deemed an unsafe structure following a fire incident on June 30. The owner has since applied for a demolition permit, which was approved shortly before the meeting, allowing for the unsafe structure to be removed.
