The project includes the construction of new road segments, drainage swells, and engineered ditch blocks to manage stormwater runoff effectively. The current Lime Rock Road, which is partially on private property, will be reestablished to comply with county standards, ensuring a robust infrastructure with a minimum of six inches of lime rock base and a compacted asphalt surface.

Financially, the project is set to cost approximately $378,000, awarded to Integrity Site Development, the lowest of seven bidders. Property owners within the affected subdivisions will see an annual assessment of $948.39 per parcel for 15 years, a figure that was clarified following discrepancies noted in previous communications.

With 100% engineered plans in place and a qualified contractor ready to commence work, the project is poised to move forward pending approval. If sanctioned, construction is expected to begin within 60 days, with substantial completion anticipated within 90 days.
