The City of El Cajon Planning Commission has approved a conditional use permit for an existing vehicle repair facility to add outdoor vehicle display and sales. This decision, made during the meeting on August 5, 2025, is expected to enhance local business opportunities and contribute positively to the community's economy.

The facility, located at 1062 North Second Street, will not undergo any structural changes. The site, which spans approximately two-thirds of an acre, is surrounded by a mix of commercial and residential properties.
