Sedona's Planning and Zoning Commission has unveiled an ambitious development plan that promises to enhance the community's landscape while preserving its natural beauty. During the meeting on August 5, 2025, key elements of the project were discussed, including the construction of a new wellness spa, a restaurant, and various residential units.

The proposed development features 36 residential units, including three premium one-bedroom units located along the creek side. These units are designed with an open layout, catering to a range of potential residents. The plan also includes a restaurant with a rooftop greenhouse and a unique treetop bar, which will be surrounded by sycamore trees and feature a glass canopy, creating a harmonious blend of nature and architecture.

A significant aspect of the project is its focus on water features, which aim to celebrate the historical significance of water flow in the area. The design incorporates a water feature that will mimic the natural flow of water through the site, reminiscent of its past as an apple orchard.
