Brentwood officials are gearing up for an innovative public engagement initiative aimed at gathering community feedback on road alternatives. During a recent City Commission briefing, plans were unveiled for an interactive setup featuring tables dedicated to each proposed alternative—labeled A, B, and C—where residents can ask questions and provide input.

The initiative will include a digital survey accessible via QR codes, allowing participants to share their preferences and thoughts on safety and aesthetic features of the proposed road designs. City representatives emphasized the importance of collecting feedback before residents leave the event, citing psychological studies that suggest people are less likely to respond once they depart.

The survey will consist of approximately 25 questions, requiring participants to provide their names and addresses to ensure the feedback is credible. The results will be compiled into a comprehensive report, including spreadsheets and visual presentations, to help guide future decisions.
