Saratoga Springs has secured a $10,000 economic development grant from Saratoga County to enhance the Beekman Arts District with historic-style lamp posts. This funding marks the second county grant aimed at beautifying the area, which recently saw an extension to Washington Street.

With the rising costs of fixtures, city officials submitted two grant requests to ensure the installation of decorative lights, banners, and wayfinding signs. These improvements are designed to enrich the visitor experience and highlight the cultural offerings of the district.
