The festival will include a parade, pro rodeo, arts and crafts vendors, live music, and various food options. The parade is scheduled for August 8, with a call for community participation from local businesses and organizations.
The festival weekend will kick off with a pro rodeo on Friday night, followed by a 5K run and pancake breakfast on Saturday morning. Attendees can expect a vibrant atmosphere with over 80 vendors, live performances from local bands, and family-friendly activities, including a fun zone with bounce houses and a dunk tank.
In addition to the festival, the Chamber announced several upcoming events, including a monthly luncheon featuring Police Chief Stanridge on August 19 and a Lunch and Learn session with Seedcor and Kite on August 25, aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs. The Chamber also welcomed three new members and shared information about a facade improvement grant program available for local businesses.
