Despite the applicant's efforts, the commission ultimately voted to recommend denial of the special use permit, citing the failure to meet previous conditions and the potential for continued noncompliance. The case will now proceed to the Board of County Commissioners for further consideration, with a hearing scheduled for August 18, 2025.
