Financially, the EMS fund is projected to generate approximately $34.5 million in total revenues, bolstered by ambulance fees and Medicaid Managed Care Organization payments. Fire rescue revenue projections are also promising, with estimated revenues from Ad Valorem and special assessments reaching $32.4 million and $57.6 million, respectively.

As of July 1, the department reported 72,790 service calls, marking a 1.82% increase from the previous year. The partnership with local hospitals has been crucial in managing transport demands, ensuring that the department can effectively meet community needs.
