During the Planning Commission meeting on July 16, 2025, the applicant's representative, Sam Baraki, outlined plans to close one of the property's entrances and enhance the landscaping to comply with city regulations.

Baraki explained that the property, previously an alignment center, has been vacant for over two years, necessitating a conditional use permit for the new business operations. The proposed changes include removing the southern entrance, installing a sidewalk, and creating a landscape buffer, while also upgrading the northern entrance to meet city and VDOT standards.
