The Arlington community came together to celebrate the 4th of July with a vibrant parade that showcased local businesses, schools, and organizations, highlighting the spirit of unity and patriotism.

One of the standout participants was Colorful Landscape and More, a family-owned business that has been serving the metroplex for over a decade. Known for their colorful trucks and expertise in flower beds and lawn care, they have been particularly busy this year thanks to the favorable gardening weather.

Another highlight was Cookiecutters Haircuts for Kids, which offers a unique haircut experience for children. With fantasy car chairs and an indoor playground, the salon has embraced the festive spirit with red, white, and blue decorations, inviting families to enjoy a fun outing while getting a haircut.

The Martin High School cheer team also made a strong impression, showcasing their achievements as they celebrated their 8 All American cheerleaders and numerous championship titles. Under the guidance of their dedicated coaches, the cheerleaders expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the parade, wishing everyone a happy July 4th.

The Martin High School band added to the festive atmosphere with their impressive musical performance, reflecting their storied history and success in various competitions. They thanked their supporters for their ongoing encouragement, which is vital for the band program's success.

Additionally, DFW Birthday Parties, a group formed during the pandemic to bring joy to children, participated in the parade, emphasizing the importance of community and celebration, especially during special occasions.
